Pastor Nestor Fernandez
Pastor
Pastor Nestor is originally from Venezuela, South America. He is married to Louise (a social worker) and they have two teenage daughters and three younger children (two girls and a boy). Nestor is an accredited Baptist Minister trained at SITB in Buenos Aires Argentina, and he completed a Master’s degree in Theology in the UK at Oxford University.
He has been involved in ministry for the last 25 years pastoring 4 churches; in Venezuela, Argentina and England. He pastored the local Baptist Church in Widnes, Cheshire for over 10 years, where he helped to establish the Chaplaincy at Riverside College, a FoodBank, Streets Pastors, and Churches Together in Widnes, before moving to London in 2013.
His heart is to love God with a passion, equip Christians to follow Jesus and empower the church to reach out to the world. He is a visionary who always expects great things from our mighty God. In his limited spare time, he enjoys reading Christian literature, going to the gym and surfing the internet!

Leadership Support Team
The leadership at CSBC comprises of Pastor Nestor and 6 elected leaders. They are responsible for the spiritual leadership, oversight and day-to-day administration of the Church. All major decisions about the future of the Church are made by the members at Church Meetings. We also encourage members to pursue God’s calling for their lives and to serve in any way that God has gifted them.
